IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be advised that there is a development of four apartments on the adjoining property to Leamington Cottage. The actual site cannot be seen and the cottage is well screened from the adjoining development by shrubberies and a line of tall mature trees on Leamington's boundary. However the Cottage is near the boundary and  close to the site despite being right on the beach. Whilst the heavy groundwork is now complete, we cannot guarantee that there will be total peace and quiet.

There is very little that can be done to address this situation and the owners are offering a considerable discount of 50% off 2012 rates until further notice. Once booked there would be no further refund of any kind. But please keep in mind that Leamington  Cottage has recently been completely refurbished and the villa is kept in immaculate condition and has a cook/maid.  There is also a beach in front of the garden and we have noted that the noise is considerably less on the beach.
