A very popular and stylish beach house set right on Mullins Beach. Originally built in the 1930s, it has undergone extensive renovations and refurbishment and is now a much sought-after villa. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

Belair sits in one of the prime locations on the whole of the West Coast, in a classic pieds dans l’eau location. If you are a beach lover you cannot get nearer to the white sands of this famous coast. The main house runs parallel to the beach, with an extensive, partially covered terrace spanning the full width of the house, and overlooking the beach and sea. This is the perfect spot for both al fresco dining and sunbathing. The main house has four comfortable bedrooms and there is a separate open-plan two bedroom cottage set behind the main house.

Extra Services

Relax and let the villa's cook / maid look after all the cooking and cleaning. This wonderful service is included in the villa rate.

(Staff usually have one day off a week and are happy to do grocery shopping for a small charge).

Destination introduction

The Barbados ‘Platinum Coast’ extends from St James to the south, through St Peter and incorporates some of the most beautiful bays on the island. In particular Gibbs Beach and Mullins Beach are true CV favourites. It is here that many of our beachfront villas open directly onto picture perfect white sand. Speightstown is the area’s centre for shopping and it is also home to Barbados’s only marina – Port St Charles. To the north of Port St Charles is Six Men’s Bay and Shermans.
