An outstanding beachfront villa offering exceptionally spacious accommodation and a wonderful setting that combine to provide an elegant oasis, within feet of the famous Sandy Lane beach. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Landfall has one of the most prestigious locations on the West Coast, being one of only seven villas that have direct access to the Sandy Lane beach. This light and airy coral stone villa is built on two levels, and is tastefully furnished in neutral shades. The focal point is the central atrium festooned with hanging baskets and trailing plants, with a tranquil courtyard pool and fountain. The outside terraces overlook the beach and on one side there is a dining gazebo and Jacuzzi, whilst on the opposite side is a sunken patio and a raised sundeck with free-form swimming pool. From the terraces there is direct beach access and some excellent swimming and snorkelling.

"The ultimate beachfront Sandy Lane villa, in the most sought after position. The water is really calm on this famous beach, you can even snorkel out to a sunken ship from the villa. You are close to Holetown if you want to venture out for a dinner…..although as most villa rental clients quickly learn, once you grow accustomed to the cook's food and the service, you don’t want to venture out. Throughout Landfall a high tech sound system is capable of filling the entire villa with the music of your choice.  A perfect house for entertaining, this unique property is ideal for sunset cocktails in the jacuzzi (the Butler is famous for his Rum Punch!), a midday lunch party around the swimming pool or a starlit barbeque dinner under the stars."

With an almost uninterrupted, six mile stretch of white sand beach, St James truly is Barbados’s ‘Platinum Coast’. Famous for its beachfront mansions, pristine beaches and luxury hotels, St James incorporates the majority of the island’s west coast and is home to three of Barbados’s world famous private estates – Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Sugar Hill – with their championship golf courses and facilities. The area’s commercial centre is Holetown, a charming area with fine restaurants and shopping. Directly to the south of Holetown are Sandy Lane Beach and the Paynes Bay area extending down to Fitts Village, Derricks and Prospect. ‘The Garden’ is an exclusive enclave to the north of Holetown, by Lower Carlton and Weston.
