New Villas - New Villa Owners We are always looking to expand our select portfolio of villas with new properties, and to welcoming new villa owners to CV Travel. In keeping with our existing collection of villas with a 'wow' factor, we look for properties that offer something exceptional, be it a stunning view, a sought-after location, an extraordinary pool, unforgettable furnishings, a unique garden, or a cook who prepares local dishes sourced from a villa's own kitchen garden. Just as we have an established reputation for looking after our clients, many of whom have travelled with us time and again over the years, so we recognise the importance of establishing and maintaining a close relationship with our villa owners, many of whom have been renting through us since the early days of CV Travel (when we were known as Corfu Villas). And more often than not, our villas are unavailable through any other source, for the very reason that our owners trust us. They know that we are passionate about ambience and aesthetics, and rigorous about standards and service. And because we visit every property we represent, we have an intimate knowledge of each one that we recommend. As a company, we have an active and effective marketing strategy to promote our villas worldwide, to both private and corporate clients. This includes advertising and PR in the quality national press and colour magazines, direct mail, sponsorship, affinity marketing, web advertising and e-mailers. In addition, press trips are sponsored subject to the owner's assistance. We publish a collection of beautiful brochures each year, and all properties featured within are also placed on our website, together with additional properties that are introduced following the publication of our brochures. Our villa portfolio covers many areas of the globe, and in particular the Greek Islands, Italy, France, Spain, the Balearics, Portugal, North Africa, the Caribbean, South Africa, Thailand, Brazil, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. New for 2009, CV Travel has launched a collection of British holiday houses, with a choice of carefully hand-picked properties in Cornwall, Devon, The Cotswolds, Herefordshire, Wales, Norfolk and Suffolk, Northumberland and London. We are particularly keen to expand our new British collection to include a wide range of properties from cottages for 2 to manor houses for 22.
