About the villa

As you make your way up the private drive, you are greeted by Rising Sun in all its glory. Curving around the perimeters is a beautifully built, greek stone wall which ensures you feel secluded when roaming around the grounds.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room which leads out to a large veranda. A twin bedroom with en suite shower room and laundry room can also be found on this floor. As you make your way upstairs, you are greeted with the master bedroom, a modern room with two windows showcasing the rolling hills of Paxos. This room has its own en suite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi bathtub and a private balcony with sea views. Alongside this, there is a second twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony.

Outside, the amenities continue with a newly built swimming pool and al fresco area complete with a built-in barbecue and pizza oven, whilst further seating areas are scattered throughout the premises. The town of Magazia is just an 8-10 minute walk from the villa where you will find amenities such as a shop, taverna and pharmacy. If you fancy taking a trip to the beach, Kaki Lagkada is just a short drive away.
