All these places are easily accessible from one of our villas in the ever changing landscape of the Val d'Orcia, and located not far from our villas at Cetona, an atmospheric and undiscovered jewel of a hill town, the retreat of the literary and artistic.
Dramatically placed on a hillside overlooking the valley of Valdichiana, with views of Lake Trasimeno and Monte Amiata, is the Tuscan hill town of Cortona. Whether it's a wander through the cobbled streets, a visit to the antiques market or a delicious al fresco meal in one of the trattorie, a visit to Cortona should not be missed as part of a Tuscan holiday.
