Combining a rural location and the convenience of a busy little town nearby, the location is just 3 kms from shops, bars and restaurants in Pollensa old town, and 5 kms from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenc. Surrounded by the scenery, sands and shallows of the Formentor peninsula, the house enjoys a secluded position, close enough to quickly reach the island’s busier resorts, but far enough to be completely undisturbed by them. |
