| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
Designed by the owners and decorated by John Stefani, the house is a beautiful example of contemporary design, with the owner's own sun dial as the centre piece of the house, painted by Dominique Lacloche. The pool is heated by solar energy in the Spring/Autumn and also provides hot water for the house and pool house in the summer. Guests will also appreciate the air conditioned bedrooms of the main house. The setting is just right for those requiring privacy - on a hill away from other houses in its own land of 15 hectares of olives and 30 hectares of oak woodland. The stunning lawned garden with a private spring and the dramatic pool area with its covered sitting out and dining area have views over olive groves to the sabine hills in the distance. There is even a tennis court only a short walk from the house. A full time housekeeper and gardener look after the property. It is quite simply a wonderful location to unwind with a group of friends or family, with the possibility of interesting day trips to the surrounding villages, countryside and Rome.
