Casa Panciano has been furnished in typical Umbrian style, with comfortable country furniture. At ground floor level there is a sitting room with fireplace and a modern fitted kitchen with dining area. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom at this level. On first floor level there is a further twin bedroom and single and double bedroom with a shared shower room.
The private pool has been set into the lawned gardens while the house has a shady portico that extends the full length of the facade of the property with a brick barbecue, just perfect for warm summer days.
The picturesque village of Paciano with a selection of shops and restaurants is within 3 kms and the property is also within very easy reach of Lake Trasimeno and a number of interesting villages and towns in both Tuscany and Umbria.
