| A beautiful stone farmhouse in a picture postcard setting, Casa Marini is for those who love to relax in a tranquil surroundings yet be within an easy drive of some of the most attractive villages and towns in Tuscany. With a mixture of terracotta and wooden floors, framed with wooden beamed ceilings, the interiors have been carefully converted to combine classic Tuscan style with comfortable country chic furnishings. Beautifully divided into three distinct parts with separate entrances, each wing is self contained with its own sitting/dining/kitchen area, just perfect for a group of family or friends staying together who require privacy. The main part of the house sleeps 6, the left wing sleeps 4 and the right wing sleeps 2, with the largest kitchen/dining area where all the group can dine together. Each room in Casa Marini has a unique touch, such as a spiral staircase to a mezzanine, a spoiling jacuzzi bath in an alcove of the master bedroom or the large shower cubicle for a couple with 2 shower heads! At 18 metres long, the private pool is great for those who like to swim laps while there is plenty of space on the surrounding lawned areas for relaxing in the sun or under the shade of umbrellas. The views from Casa Marini across the open countryside are truly breathtaking. From every corner of the property, the changing colours of the unspoilt landscape can be observed, stretching across to the towns and villages of the Val D'Orcia - Pienza, Monticchiello, Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. |

The access road to the house is an unsurfaced gravel road so careful driving is recommended, especially in wet weather.
