| Designed by renowed architect Savin Couelle, Il Palazzeddu is set on a residental hillside near to Porto Cervo. An intriguing building that rambles over two levels, with doors and windows in a dozen unexpected places-this is a house that has come together over the years to reach a delightfully informal maturity. The interiors are furnished in a very comfortable, warm country style with pretty pink and white sofas, typical exposed stonework. The house has beautiful sea views especiallly from the upstairs terrace and from one of the upper bedroom. Outside there is a pleasingly lawned garden, with comfortable outdoor seating, several shady spots for a quiet read, and an attractive private pool area. Sophisticated Porto Cervo is just 4km away and it is just 5 minutes by car to Piccolo Pevero Beach and other less busy beaches are about 15 minute's drive away. |
