| Surrounded by olive groves and with uninterrupted views over the astonishingly clear sea, along the bays and headlands to the south, the villa has direct access to a lovely beach and superb swimming. The owners of this property are a charming couple, more than ready to spoil their guests, of whatever age, with surprise gifts of home-baked cakes or invitations to join in a spot of fishing off the rocks, and, not surprisingly, clients do return year after year to these villas. Reached by a path and a number of steps, a couple of minutes walk from the parking area, Effie and Dina are side by side but completely independent of each other. Modern and airy, updated for 2008 with air conditioning, they benefit from several large sunbathing areas, one of which, below the apartments, is a platform with sun beds that brings out the sun-loving lizard in everyone! Spiros Studio has its own terrace and lovely views, and is quite separate, but in peak season the apartments are let as one property, ideal for a group of up to 10. The beach below the house is flanked by rocks that provide great snorkeling and sunbathing opportunities, and boats can be moored here. A path from the villa makes it safe and easy for walking into the village at any time, but is especially good for teenagers who want to go in search of evening entertainment without obliging their parents to provide a taxi service. |
