In keeping with our existing collection of villas with a 'wow' factor, we look for properties that offer something exceptional, be it a stunning view, a sought-after location, an extraordinary pool, unforgettable furnishings, a unique garden, or a cook who prepares local dishes sourced from a villa's own kitchen garden.
Just as we have an established reputation for looking after our clients, many of whom have travelled with us time and again over the years, so we recognise the importance of establishing and maintaining a close relationship with our villa owners, many of whom have been renting through us since the early days of CV Travel (when we were known as Corfu Villas). And more often than not, our villas are unavailable through any other source, for the very reason that our owners trust us. They know that we are passionate about ambience and aesthetics, and rigorous about standards and service. And because we visit every property we represent, we have an intimate knowledge of each one that we recommend.
As a company, we have an active and effective marketing strategy to promote our villas worldwide, to both private and corporate clients. This includes advertising and PR in the quality national press and colour magazines, on line PR, direct mail, sponsorship, affinity marketing, web advertising and e-mailers. In addition, press trips are sponsored subject to the owner's assistance. We publish a collection of beautiful brochures each year, and all properties featured within are also placed on our website, together with many additional properties.
