This chic home is arguably the most romantic place for honeymooners on St Lucia. Everything about it is enchanting, from its distinctive architecture to its stylish, contemporary interiors.

The house is designed to be open plan, so it can benefit from the cooling tropical breeze and it gives the feeling that the outdoors and living areas seamlessly merge. It is fashionably furnished with antique Indonesian furniture and built in seating with oversized plump white cushions, set against a dazzling white background, giving a blend of the sumptuous and the sophisticated. The tropical landscaped gardens are a botanical paradise with many different kinds of palms, flowers and fruit trees. With so many secret hideaways and views of the ocean from all the rooms, this is a hideaway you may not want to ever leave. A network of footpaths allow for leisurely strolls and you can rest for a drink in one of the two delightful gazebos, one of which seemingly hangs over the sea, the other one is tucked away in the garden. A large swimming pool interchanges with the sea and nestled below the house is Smugglers Cove, a picture perfect tiny beach with excellent snorkeling. The staff are wonderful, courteous and produce fabulous food but respectfully remain invisible to ensure your privacy is complete.

Destination introduction

The north of St Lucia is more cosmopolitan and lively than the south. The beaches tend to be golden interspersed with dark, volcanic coves, and you will find most of the villas that we feature in the very north on the Cap Estate, near the golf course. From the Cap Estate there are wonderful views to be had of Pigeon Point Island (joined by a causeway) and many great beaches, the largest being Reduit Beach. The capital, Castries, is also in the north, famous for its market and historical sites, and Rodney Bay offers marinas, a variety of watersports and an extensive range of restaurants, bars and a diversity of nightlife.
